Kirloskar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 10, 2017 to January 23, 2017, (both days inclusive), as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of Kirloskar Industries Limited under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
