Kirloskar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), a listed material subsidiary of the Company, has intimated to the stock exchange where the shares of KFIL are listed, vide its letter dated January 23, 2017, that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as recommended by its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of KFIL at its meeting held on January 23, 2017 has appointed Mr. Yashwant Shripad Bhave as the Additional Director in the category of Independent Director with effect from January 23, 2017.<BR><BR>He does not hold any directorship in any other company.<BR><BR>He is not a relative of any other Director on the Board of Directors of KFIL.
