Kisan Mouldings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Approved the appointment of Mr. T. V. Rao as the Additional Director and Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. February 14, 2015 subject to the approval of members in the ensuing general Meeting.<BR><BR>2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Vijay Aggarwal as the Chairman of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Aggarwal as the Joint Managing Director of the Company subject to the approval of members in the ensuing general Meeting.
