KNR Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has adopted the :<BR><BR>1. Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as per Regulation 8 and which is in line with Schedule A of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015<BR><BR>2. Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as per Regulation 9 and which is in line with Schedule B of the Regulations of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015<BR><BR>The above referred codes shall come into force from May 15, 2015<BR><BR>The Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information has been uploaded on the website of the Company and a copy of the same is enclosed herewith.
