Corrigendum to Notice of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company:<BR> <BR> With reference to our letter dated 31st August, 2017 in relation to Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the company, this is to clarify that in the 'Item No. 9' to Notice of 28th AGM i.e., 'To issue warrants convertible into Equity Shares to Promoters/Promoters Group of the Company on Preferential Basis' the relevant date mentioned in the explanatory statement to the notice in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2015, for determination of minimum price was mentioned as 25th August, 2017 to be read as 24th August, 2017 because 25th August, 2017, was trading holiday. <BR> <BR> The necessary corrigendum is also going to be published in the tomorrow's newspapers.<BR>
