Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that as per the "Insider Trading Code" of the Company and in view of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017 for approving the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter & Nine months ended on December 31, 2016, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees of the Company from January 28, 2017 to February 14, 2017 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>All the aforesaid designated Directors, Employees and other persons have been advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during aforesaid period. The aforesaid window shall reopen from February 15, 2017.
