KPIT Technologies Ltd has clarified to BSE that "the reports in the media regarding a stake sale in KPIT are incorrect. These reports are false and unsubstantiated. We categorically deny these reports. The management of KPIT Is committed to growing the Company's business both globally and in India and is not considering selling stake, minority or otherwise. There is no proposal or discussion at the board or management level for a stake sale to any company, individual or entity."
