KRBL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 as well as Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider recommendation of final dividend, for the year ended March 31, 2015, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company with immediate effect till May 26, 2015.
