Kridhan Infra Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from January 16, 2017 till 48 (Forty Eight hours) after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company, i.e. on February 14, 2017 to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
