| Kridhan Infra Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We would like to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Kridhan Infra Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 12, 2024, to consider and approve inter-alia unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2023. This communication is to be considered as an intimation under Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
