Krishna Ferro Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2013, inter alia, to approve the unaudited quarterly results of the Company for the year quarter ended December 31, 2012, and to consider allotment of 0% Non-Convertible Non-Transferrable Debentures redeemable after a period of seven years upto the amount of Rs. 40 Lakhs having a face value of Rs. 5 Lakhs each to the following persons on private placement basis:<br/><br/>1.
