| Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2016 for all the Directors / Designated Employees and their dependent family members/immediate relatives, from January 31, 2017 upto 48 hours after the date on which such Un-Audited Financial Results is published. Accordingly all the Directors / Designated Employees and their dependent family members/immediate relatives have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company during the closure of Trading Window. | |
