Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2016, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors has paid interim dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2016. Rs.0.18 (18% p.a.) per share and is proposed as final dividend for the Financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Chandrasekharan Bhaskar as an Additional Director & Independent Director with effect from May 12, 2016, subjected to the approval of shareholders of the Company in ensuring Annual General Meeting.
