KSE LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

KSE Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2015 has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 20 per equity share of Rs. 10 each amounting to Rs. 767.96 lakhs including dividend distribution tax, considering the performance of the Company till date. The dividend will be released to the shareholders on or before April 24, 2015.
