KSS Ltd has informed BSE about the sad demise of Mr. Vinod Ahuja, Non- Executive Director of the Company as on April 22, 2015 and appreciates the valuable services provided by Late Mr. Vinod Ahuja during his tenure.<BR><BR>He was the member of Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The Company in the next Board Meeting will reconstitute the aforesaid committees.
