With reference to the earlier letter dated August 14, 2015, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, KSS Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Satish Panchariya will remain as Executive Chairman & Director of the Company and the Company has appointed Ms. Vineeta Dwivedi as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, The Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15 will be held on September 30, 2015.
