Kwality Dairy India Ltd has informed BSE that the name of the Company has been changed from Kwality Dairy (India) Limited to Kwality Limited. The Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana has approved the new name on August 16, 2013 and further issued the certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name.
