Kwality Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 Trading Window Period, the " Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain close for insider and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" from May 22, 2015 till the Completion of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended as at March 31, 2015 are approved by the Board and made public.
