| La Opala RG Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 03, 2016 inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on February 03, 2016 inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015, the Share Trading Window as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, shall remain closed from January 27, 2016 till February 04, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Directors and Sr. Executives of the Company and their dependants are requested not to deal in shares of the Company during period of Window Closure. | |
