La Opala RG Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Allotment Committee meeting held on August 30, 2014 the Allotment Committee constituted by the Board of Director of M/s La Opala RG Limited allotted 5,02,468 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to M/s WestBridge Crossover Fund, LLC at a price of Rs. 1,100/- per equity shares as per approval accorded by the shareholder of the Company in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 27, 2014.
