With reference to earlier announcement dated August 13, 2015 regarding Book Closure, Lahoti Overseas Ltd has now informed BSE about Revised Book Closure as under :<BR><BR>- The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2015 to September 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2015.
