With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 15, 2015 regarding the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd has now informed BSE that in view of the code of conduct adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the period from July 29, 2015 to August 12, 2015, both days inclusive, is to be treated as trading window closure period.
