| Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 04, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 10, 2015.<BR><BR>The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid to those shareholders whose name appear on the Register of Members as on August 03, 2015 in respect of the shares held in the physical form. In respect of shares held in dematerialized form dividend will be paid on the basis of beneficial ownership as per the details provided by the Depositories for this purpose as at the end of the business hours on July 31, 2015. | |
