Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 04, 2014, to consider the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter year ended June 30, 2014, among other business.<br/><br/>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from July 21, 2014 to August 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. The trading window shall open for trading from August 06, 2014.
