Lanco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2014, has also approved the amendment of Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to include undertaking of activities with respect to Information Technology and Telecommunication business, subject to the approval of shareholders by way of a Special Resolution through Postal Ballot.
