Jospeh Kumar from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from September 05, 2014 and the Company has received a letter dated September 09, 2014 from Mr. A. Joseph Kumar tendering his resignation from the position of Directorship of the Board of Directors of the Company.<br/><br/>Accordingly, Shri A. Joseph Kumar ceases to be Director of the Company w.e.f. September 09, 2014.
