Lanco Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Circulars issued by the Stock Exchange(s) and as per the Company's Policy on 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 07, 2014 to November 17, 2014 (both days inclusive).
