LandT Finance Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 3,35,537 (Three Lakh Thirty Five Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Seven) equity shares at its meeting held on October 22, 2014 to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the LandT Finance Holdings Limited ESOP Scheme - 2010.<br/><br/>The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
