| Lee and Nee Softwares Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business :<br/><br/>1. To confirm and ratify the resolutions passed by circulation, if any.<br/><br/>2. To change the chairman of the Board of Directors.<br/><br/>3. To rearrange the designation of the existing Board members.<br/><br/>4. To reconstitute the committees pursuant to the changes in the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement as applicable.<br/><br/>5. To appoint Sushil Kumar Gupta as an Independent Director.<br/><br/>6. To discuss the status of investors' grievances, if any.<br/><br/>7. To fix the date of Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>8. To consider approve and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>9. To discuss the general affairs and progress of the Company and chalk out the future course of action for the Company. | |
