Pursuant to the BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 and in the compliance of the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons'', the Trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons as defined in the Code shall remain closed w.e.f. 01st July, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2021. <BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Unaudited Financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2021 shall be intimated separately in due course.<BR> <BR> Kindly disseminate the information on Exchange website.<BR>
