With reference to Increase in Price, LGB Forge Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"We would like to confirm that there is no announcement or price sensitive information pending to be intimated / furnished by the Company to the Stock Exchanges since November, 06, 2014 (date on which the Board Meeting was held to approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter / half-year ended September 30, 2014), which have arisen since that date.<BR><BR>We are conscious of our obligations of reporting any price sensitive information to Stock Exchanges under the Listing Agreement and whenever anything happens that requires reporting, we would be promptly disclosing the same to the Stock Exchanges."
