| Dear Sir/Madam, We are in receipt of notice from Employees'' Union (Affliated to A.I.T.U.C) of LGB Forge Limited, Mysore Plant located at Plot 80 & 81, 5th Mile, KRS Road, Metagalli Post, Mysore - 570 016 that an indefinite strike followed by a peaceful agitational programme will be carried by the workmen including one day strike on 1st February, 2024 and indefinite strike from 8th February, 2024 for increase in wages. The Company is in continuous discussion with the concerned Employees'' Union to resolve the issue amicably as soon as possible and will provide an update on further developments in due course as per the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023. We request you to take the same on record and oblige pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
