LGB Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2015 to consider the audited financial results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed from the April 20, 2015 till 24 hours after results are made public on April 30, 2015 for all the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company.
