Liberty Phosphate Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order dated December 20, 2013 of Honble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, a Meeting of Equity Shareholders of the Company was convened on January 29, 2014 at 10.00 A.M.<br/>in Baroda (Guj.) for seeking their approval to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Liberty Phosphate Limited and Liberty Urvarak Limited with Coromandel International Limited (Scheme).<br/><br/>The Equity Shareholders of the Company have unanimously approved the Scheme of Amalgamation".
