Libord Finance Ltd has informed BSE that as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter of the Financial Year 2015-16 ended on June 30, 2015 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from July 20, 2015 till the second trading day after announcement of the financial results to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
