LIC Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2015, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (250%) subject to approval of the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
