With reference to the earlier letter dated May 10, 2016, regarding the intimation of Board Meeting, Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting which is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016 at 3.00 P.M. has now been re-scheduled and will be held on May 30, 2016 at 5.00 P.M. inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016 together with the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-2016.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the above, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, key managerial persons and designated persons with effect from May 10, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
