Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the above, the trading window of the Company were closed for ail directors, key managerial persons and designated persons with effect from January 28, 2016 and shall remain closed till February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive). The designated persons have already been informed about the closure of trading window.
