Intimation of Trading Window Closure In Compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insuder Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading windows shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company as defined in the code for dealing in securities of the Company with effect from Sunday, October 01, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023. The date for the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended Spetmber 30, 203 shall be announced in due course.
