| Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd vide its letter dated February 12, 2016 has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>"The Board Meeting of the Company was scheduled on 12th February, 2016, among others, mainly to consider Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2015 pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable Regulation(s) of SEBI((Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>The Auditors sought certain queries and clarifications to enable them to sign Limited Review Report. Immediately, the Board referred such queries to relevant Departments of the Company to address the issues raised by the Auditors. Despite the best endeavours on the part of the relevant Departments, required details could not be compiled in the prescribed format to be furnished to the Board in order to reply the queries of the Auditors. This scenario has left no alternative to the Board of Directors but to adjourn the Board Meeting.<BR><BR>The Board has instructed the relevant Departments to furnish the desired information at the earliest.<BR><BR>Please be informed the Board will approve and submit quarterly Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2015 to Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. as soon as desired and relevant information is submitted by the relevant Departments." | |
