Longview Tea Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Redemption of Preference Shares.<BR><BR>However, Declaration of Interim Dividend was not approved in the said meeting by the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.15 p.m. and concluded at 12.45 p.m.
