Lupin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2016, inter alia, recommended dividend @ 375% i.e. Rs. 7.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 1.45 p.m.
