Lyka Labs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 02, 2015, to consider allotment of 230000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to N. I. Gandhi HUF and Enai Trading & Investment Pvt. Ltd of Promoter Group aggregating 460000 shares on conversion of 230000 Warrants issued to each of them pursuant to resolution passed by shareholders at the EGM held on January 23, 2015.
