With reference to the earlier letter dated August 21, 2014 informing about the EGM to be held on September 16, 2014 together with Schedule of Calendar of Events. Lyka Labs Ltd has now informed BSE that there is a typographical error at Item No. 5 i.e. Date of Completion of dispatch of E-notice of Meeting. The same should be read as August 25, 2014 instead of August 23, 2014. In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Revised Calendar of Events.
