Lykis Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for directors and other designated employees covered under the code from November 13, 2014 till November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive).
