| Lykis Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 till May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees.<BR><BR>Trading will be resumed from May 31, 2016 onwards, on opening of business in Stock Exchange. | |
