With reference to the Media Report that Madhucon Projects Plan to sell 74% stake in Agra-Jaipur Expressways to IDFC, Madhucon Projects Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"BOT Toll Road Project of Bharatpur- Mahwa (4 lanes from of Km 63.000 to Km. 120.000 of NH-11) in Rajasthan is under an SPV of Madhucon Agra-Jaipur Expressways Limited, wherein Madhucon Projects Limited is holding 0.10% stake equivalent one lakh equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.<br/><br/>Efforts are being attempted to disinvest stake in Madhucon Agra - Jaipur Expressways Limited since last one year. Numbers of investors have shown interest in acquiring the stake in Madhucon Agra - Jaipur Expressways Limited. IDFC Alternatives Fund is one of such investors. Nothing is finalized at yet."
