Madhucon Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 20 paise per equity share of Re. 1/- each (i.e. 20%) for the financial year 2013-14 subject to approvals of the shareholders.
