agma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2015, to inter-alia take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, the Trading Window under the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company for the Designated Employees defined in the code from January 27, 2015 to February 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
