Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2014, and any other matter with the permission of the Chair.<br/><br/>As per Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from October 22, 2014 to October 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2014. The Trading window will open for trading from November 01, 2014.
